They are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, allowing you to progress at your own pace while building strength, consistency and confidence.
However, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, we strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before starting any new fitness program. While our challenges are created to be accessible and rewarding for all, your health and safety always come first. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure. We cannot provide a medical advice, but we can help with choosing the suitable challenge according to your fitness level and goals.
After purchasing a challenge, you’ll receive all the materials you need to get started, including:
• An important information file with details on the challenge, how to join the private community page and how to claim your reward
• Workout schedule (applicable to Train and Earn challenges).
• Access to our private Facebook community to connect with other participants.

Weight loss is definitely a possibility, as it comes down to a simple rule - burn more calories than you consume. Our challenges will get you moving, help you build strength and improve your overall fitness, which can support weight loss. However, if you're eating fast food every day or consistently consuming more calories than your body burns, the scale is more likely to stay the same or even go up.
That said, weight loss isn’t the main goal of our challenges. They are designed to help you build healthy habits, get stronger, and stay consistent with movement. As you complete the challenge, you'll also build muscle, which can make your body look more toned and feel more powerful. Since muscle weighs more than fat, the scale might not always drop, but you’ll notice improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness - which are far more valuable than just a number!
The real success is in challenging yourself, staying committed and feeling proud of what you’ve achieved.
Absolutely! Challector supports people of all fitness levels and strongly encourages beginners/returners to join a challenge, as they are design to help you progress slowly, but consistently and achieve desired goal.
That being said, if you are returning to your fitness journey after an injury or have pre-existing conditions, we strongly recommend to consult medical professional prior to joining a challenge.
First of all - don’t be too hard on yourself! Life happens and missing a day doesn’t mean failure. What matters most is that you keep going. You have a few options:
✅ Pick up where you left off - Simply continue the challenge as if nothing happened. Progress is progress, no matter the timeline.
✅ Make up for it - If you’re feeling up to it, you can add an extra session the next day or spread it out over the week.
✅ Refocus on your ‘why’ - Challenges are about building habits, not perfection. Think about why you started and remind yourself that every step forward counts.
The key to consistency is not giving up just because you missed a day. Setbacks happen, just push through - because real progress comes from showing up, even when it’s not perfect. And remember, every challenge completed earns you a reward - a reminder of your commitment and success!

Some, like the Hula Hoop Challenge, don’t have a set duration because progress is highly individual - everyone’s body adapts at a different pace and has a different starting point. Other challenges are structured to be completed within a specific timeframe, such as a set number of weeks or days.
However, there’s no pressure to start right away. You can begin whenever it suits you, and once you’ve purchased a challenge, you’ll have lifetime access to all the materials. This means you can repeat it as many times as you like or take a break and come back to it later. The goal is to help you build lasting habits at a pace that works best for you!

If you chose a challenge with a reward, you’ll receive a Challenge Coin - a physical reminder of your hard work and success. You’ll also get a certificate of completion (both physical and digital copy), recognising your achievement.
If you chose a challenge without the reward, you’ll receive a digital only certificate of completion.

It depends on the challenge! Some, like the Rope Skipping Challenge or Hula Hoop Challenge, require specific equipment, while others, like Plank Challenge or 10,000 Steps Challenge, need no equipment at all.

Once you purchase a challenge, you’ll receive an instant download link for all your workout guides and instructional videos. Everything is delivered directly to your email, so you can save the files and watch them offline anytime.

After joining a challenge, you’ll gain access to all the necessary information, including full instructions on how to claim your rewards.
In short, it’s a quick two-step process:
1. Post your proof completion on social media, tag @Challector and mention your challenge name (e.g., Hula Hoop Challenge).
Make sure your post is public so we can verify it.
2. Submit your claim through our Claim Your Reward form.
All submissions are manually verified within 1 - 2 business days.
Once approved, you’ll receive your digital certificate (including square, social media versions) on the same day, and your Challenge Coin + printed certificate will be shipped to your address within 2 - 3 business days.
We offer two types of challenges: Earn & Train and Test Zone.
Earn & Train challenges include the full challenge plus a complete workout plan.

Test Zone challenges are designed purely to test your ability - no workout plan, just the challenge instructions and completion guidelines - priced at £19.99.
