Refund Policy - Effective Date: 5th January 2026
1. Overview

At Challector, we are committed to providing high-quality challenges and experiences. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to materials upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

- Accidental purchases

- Change of mind

- Failure to complete the challenge

- Ineligibility for rewards due to lack of valid completion proof

- Technical issues outside of Challector’s control (e.g., device incompatibility, internet access problems)

3. Reward Eligibility

For challenges purchased with a reward, participants must submit valid proof of completion as outlined in each challenge.

Failure to submit or submitting invalid or incomplete documentation will result in disqualification from reward eligibility, without a refund.

4. Technical Support

If you experience issues accessing your account or materials, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at: hello@challector.com.

We will work with you to resolve access-related issues promptly.

5. Duplicate Payments

In the rare case of a duplicate payment, please contact us with evidence. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded in full.

6. Exceptions (If Applicable)

While we do not generally offer refunds, in rare and exceptional cases we may consider partial or full refunds at our sole discretion. These decisions are final and non-negotiable.
