1. About Us
Challector is a UK-based platform offering fitness and wellness challenges designed to help you build lasting habits and achieve personal goals. Challenges are delivered via email upon purchase and are available in two formats:
- Challenge Only (No Reward)
- Challenge + Reward (includes a physical item such as a Challenge Coin and Certificate upon completion)
2. Access to Challenge Materials
Once you purchase a challenge, you'll instantly gain access to all materials, available for download whenever you need them. Whether online or offline, you can enjoy the content at your convenience, anytime, anywhere.
Your challenge materials may include:

3. Rewards (For Eligible Purchases)
If you purchase a challenge with a reward included, you may be eligible to receive a Challenge Coin and Certificate upon verified completion of the challenge.
To qualify, you must:
- Complete the challenge as instructed.
- Submit valid proof of completion (photos, logs, videos, etc., depending on the challenge), as instructed in each challenge.
Challector will review submissions and has the sole discretion to approve or deny reward issuance.
Rewards are shipped to eligible participants and limited to one reward per person per challenge purchase.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure payments via card and trusted providers (PayPal).
Access to the challenge will be granted immediately upon successful payment.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Failure to complete the challenge
- Lack of reward due to non-submission or ineligible proof
If you experience a technical issue, contact hello@challector.com within 7 days of purchase and we will assist you.
6. User Responsibilities
By using Challector, you agree:
- Once purchased, the materials are yours to use freely; however, they are non-shareable.
- That you are responsible for your own health and safety when participating in any challenge.
- To consult a medical professional if you have any concerns before beginning a fitness program.
You participate in all challenges at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, challenges, logos, videos and materials on Challector.com are the intellectual property of Challector and are for personal use only. Your purchase grants you access to view and use the materials, but they cannot be copied, reproduced or shared in any form.
8. Limitation of Liability
Challector is not responsible for any injury, health issue or loss that may occur from participating in our challenges. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in that region.
